Qualifications

• MBA or Bachelors in Economics, Business or STEM with 5+ years in professional Sales.
• Experience in a medium to large international organization.
• Experience working in a matrix environment.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: funnel management, account planning, proposition development.
• Experience with Value Selling; Miller Heiman knowledge is advantageous.
