Zallom is seeking a Business Strategy Manager to drive long-term growth within the stadiums and events sector in Saudi Arabia. You will develop plans to boost revenues from tickets, hospitality, sponsorship, events and other commercial activities, while aligning with executive objectives.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, marketing and facilities teams to implement strategic initiatives and optimize asset utilization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business strategy, facilities management, sports business, entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong skills in data analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience in the sports sector is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare medium- and long-term growth plans aligned with executive objectives.
• Analyze markets, competitors and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Prepare annual business plans, forecasts and KPIs.
• Develop pricing strategies for tickets, hospitality, and offers.
• Analyze demand and event mix to boost revenue and utilize assets.
• Prepare financial models and monitor performance indicators.
• Report revenues, risks and opportunities to executives.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, marketing and facilities teams to implement initiatives.
• Explore revenue opportunities from data and new services.
