Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh is seeking an Associate-level Retail Merchandising professional to lead area responsibilities from sales planning to stock replenishment. You will collaborate with brand managers, finance, and stores to set targets, manage budgets, and optimize margins, with emphasis on Ramadan, Eid, and peak seasons.

The role requires 1–3 years in fashion or consumer goods retail, ERP experience, and a degree or diploma in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Diploma or professional certification in Merchandising, Retail Management, or Fashion.

Responsibilities

• Plan product assortment, allocation, and replenishment by store or category.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales, stock levels, and sell-through performance.
• Coordinate with buying, supply chain, and stores on deliveries and replenishment actions.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal layouts.
• Execute markdowns, promotions, and stock transfers as required.
• Analyze slow-moving and aged stock and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory data in systems.
• Support new store openings and product launches.
