Job summary

Want More is seeking a Merchandiser for our Riyadh operations. The role focuses on creating merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales in retail stores.

You will work with sales teams, monitor inventory, ensure correct displays and pricing, and train staff. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years retail merchandising experience are expected. Fluency in English is required; Urdu is a plus. Accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
• Fluent in English; Urdu is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and restock or discontinue products
• Ensure correct product displays with pricing and promotions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
• Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
• Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
