Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a senior finance and strategy professional to support the Construction Management vertical. You will help establish governance, prepare board papers, and coordinate budgets with Finance, Commercial, and Project teams.

You will monitor financial performance, support workforce planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives, working closely with the Director - Project / Strategy / Finance to drive governance and decision support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/Strategy preferred.
• Experience in management reporting, project controls, or strategy in large programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support governance framework establishment and reporting for the Construction Management vertical.
• Prepare board papers, investment committee materials, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and financial plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor performance, cash flow, and variances; provide senior leadership insights.
• Assist in workforce planning and recruitment for the vertical.
