Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Manager – Recreation & Engagement to lead the governance and delivery of recreational, leisure, and community engagement services within the Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures structured activity programming, resident engagement initiatives, and contractor performance management to enhance resident well-being, satisfaction, and community cohesion.

The manager will develop strategy, oversee facilities utilization, track KPIs, and ensure HSE compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Professional certifications related to recreation management are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in recreation management, community engagement, hospitality, or residential services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a vibrant, resident-focused recreation and engagement ecosystem across all Workers Villages.
• Develop and implement recreation strategies, activity calendars, and community initiatives.
• Oversee facility utilization, readiness, and service standards with Facilities Management.
• Manage recreation providers and coaches/instructors, ensuring SOP and KPI compliance.
• Capture resident feedback and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding compliance for all activities.
• Support official visits, community events, and special programs as required.
