Job summary

Ninja is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate to identify and secure properties that support our expansion. You will source locations, negotiate leases, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure successful acquisitions and favorable terms.

Responsibilities include market analysis, site visits, evaluating financial feasibility, and maintaining a clear sourcing pipeline with landlords and brokers. Strong Arabic and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, property acquisition, or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of sourcing locations and negotiating favorable lease terms.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, rental rates, and commercial leasing practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source properties aligning with expansion plans.
• Conduct market research to identify locations and assess opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate brokers.
• Evaluate sites based on location, accessibility, market potential, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate property acquisition and leasing.
• Analyze rental costs and financial feasibility of potential locations.
• Prepare property proposals, market comparisons, and recommendations for approval.
• Maintain records of property listings, negotiations, contracts, and landlord information.
• Monitor real estate market trends and identify opportunities to optimize rental costs.
