Job summary

Ninja is seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate to identify and secure properties that support our expansion. You will source locations, negotiate leases, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations to ensure successful acquisitions and favorable terms.

Responsibilities include market analysis, site visits, evaluating financial feasibility, and maintaining a clear sourcing pipeline with landlords and brokers. Strong Arabic and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, property acquisition, or commercial real estate.
• Proven track record of sourcing locations and negotiating favorable lease terms.
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, rental rates, and commercial leasing practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, developers, and real estate brokers
• Evaluate potential sites based on location, accessibility, market potential, and business requirements
• Conduct site visits and coordinate property assessments to ensure suitability

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, property acquisition, or commercial real estate
• Proven track record of sourcing suitable locations and negotiating favorable lease agreements
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, rental rates, and commercial leasing practices
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to identify and evaluate potential locations based on business and operational requirements
• Strong analytical skills, including rental cost analysis and financial feasibility assessments
• Experience working with landlords, developers, brokers, and property consultants
• Strong business development, market research, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• Good command of Arabic and English
