Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in Project Management or 5+ years in lead roles in instrumentation/automation projects.
• Strong technical understanding of instrumentation and industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Support the proposal team during the quotation phase by validating project assumptions, execution strategies, resource requirements, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Execute and coordinate project activities including contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, shipments, subcontracting, installation activities, and site services.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary customer interface and coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Manage project financial performance through budget control, cost monitoring, revenue forecasting, cash flow management, invoicing support, and profitability improvement.
• Monitor project progress and compliance against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures.
• Evaluate and manage project risks, opportunities, and scope changes by implementing mitigation plans and administering variation orders and change requests.
