Job summary

Emerson is seeking a results-driven Project Manager in Saudi Arabia to lead complex instrumentation and automation projects from contract award through commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Project Management or 5+ years in lead engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation, wireless, flow measurement, pressure, temperature, and level technologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation and subcontractors.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from contract award through commissioning and handover.
• Support the proposal team during quotation by validating assumptions, execution strategies, resources, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Execute and coordinate project activities including contract review, procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, subcontracting, installation, and site services.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and drive collaboration across stakeholders to ensure resource alignment.
• Act as the primary customer interface with engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, subcontractors, and site teams for successful execution and satisfaction.
• Manage project financial performance through budget control, cost monitoring, revenue forecasting, cash flow management, invoicing support, and profitability improvement.
• Monitor progress against schedules, KPIs, contractual requirements, and company procedures; oversee subcontractor performance and site activities with regular status reports.
• Evaluate and manage risks, opportunities, and scope changes by implementing mitigation plans and handling variation orders and change requests.
