Job summary

Emerson is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, with PMP certification being a plus. The role requires handling multi-disciplinary projects across instrumentation, automation, and digitalization domains within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Project Management or 5+ years in lead engineering/commissioning roles.
• Strong technical understanding of instrumentation, wireless, flow measurement, pressure, temperature, and level technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from contract award to commissioning and handover.
• Support proposal team during quotation phase by validating assumptions and costs.
• Coordinate activities including procurement, manufacturing, inspections, logistics, installation, and subcontracting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to meet objectives and resource alignment.
• Serve as primary customer interface with engineering, production, quality, logistics, and site teams.
