Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cost, schedule, and progress data across major projects. You will maintain trackers, perform variance analysis, and support claims with substantiation, working with SAP, Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, and related tools.

The role emphasizes data quality, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate findings to executives. Assignment through 2026 with possible extension, based in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of project controls experience in construction or capital projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with SAP, Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and related closeout documentation.
• Maintain data across contracts for cost, schedule, and progress.
• Update cost/schedule trackers and prepare S-curves, charts, and presentations.
• Support reconciliation of SAP, Oracle Unifier, and Primavera P6 records.
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on changes.
• Assist with schedule and cost substantiation records for claims and disputes.
• Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by Project Controls Manager.
• Apply document control and data quality standards to all work products.
• Follow up with project teams for inputs and evidence.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
