Job summary

Fluency in Arabic and English, plus strong communication skills, are essential. This role requires a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or engineering and at least 15 years of scheduling experience in major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in accounting or engineering from an accredited university.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project scheduling control.
• Ability to present schedule plans and requirements to senior management and authorities.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication; excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks.
• Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to develop mitigation plans.
• Provide regular updates on project status to teams and management.
• Review data to identify trends and improve project performance.
• Collaborate with construction and engineering teams to align schedules with project goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Manage schedule change requests and document communications.
• Participate in project meetings and advise on scheduling and control matters.
• Support project managers in budgeting and resource planning.
