Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national/international major initiatives.
• Extensive knowledge of project cost and budget preparation.
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and present financial plans.
• Ability to present budgeting plans to senior management and other government authorities; negotiate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Accountant or Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field on national / international major initiatives and developments.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project cost.
• Extensive experience in managing and prioritizing projects costs.
• Ability to present budgeting plans and requirements to senior management and other government authorities.
• Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure cost for projects
• Capable to fluently communicate in Arabic and English
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
