Job summary

Dhahran Techno Valley in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Corporate Planning & EPMO Specialist to own how the organization plans, governs, and delivers its work. This role covers the annual corporate planning cycle, the Enterprise PMO (EPMO), and business process improvement.

You will turn strategy into executable plans, govern the full portfolio of projects across all business units, and produce reporting for the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management or related field; Master’s is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate planning, PMO/EPMO, or business process improvement.
• Proven experience setting up or running a PMO and governing a multi-project portfolio across units.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating planning cycle and cascade strategy into plans and targets.
• Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to align plans with budgets and procurement timelines.
• Run quarterly plan reviews and track execution against targets.
• Own and run the EPMO framework across all units with governance, stage gates, templates, and reporting standards.
• Govern the full project portfolio including milestones, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Produce portfolio status reports and dashboards for executives.
• Flag delays/risks early and drive corrective actions with owners.
• Build project management capability through standards, guidance, and coaching.
