Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced planning and reporting professional who combines hands-on Primavera P6 capability with a strong consulting mindset. The role will establish, integrate and govern complex schedules, automate schedule intelligence through Power BI, and convert detailed project controls data into concise PowerPoint reporting for senior leadership.

The successful candidate must be equally comfortable working at activity level with planners and workstream owners,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business or Data Analytics or related discipline.
Experience integrating Primavera P6 with Power BI and PowerPoint reporting.
Ability to present concise, executive-level reporting.
Strong data governance and schedule control skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern integrated Primavera P6 master schedules across projects and interfaces.
Design and implement Power BI dashboards from P6 exports and project data sources.
Produce concise, consulting-quality PowerPoint packs for leadership forums and executive reviews.
Lead planning workshops with project teams, consultants and stakeholders to establish credible plans.
Develop standard reporting pages and governance routines for cadence and consistency.
