Job summary

Powerholding Intl in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Planning & Project Controls leader to oversee planning activities, develop integrated EPC schedules, and provide management with dashboards and KPIs. You will coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and cost targets.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience, with strong Primavera P6 and SAP skills, plus professional registration (UPDA or PMP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or engineering.
• Professional registration (UPDA) or PMP is required.
• Minimum 8 years total experience; 5 years relevant; GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planning Governance and Oversight: Oversee planning staff and activities, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Project Schedule Development and Control: Develop and maintain integrated schedules across EPC and start-up.
• Progress Monitoring and Management Reporting: Track progress, risks, delays, and KPI reports for leadership.
• Manpower and Revenue Forecasting: Forecast manpower and revenue per approved schedules.
• Delay Analysis and Project Controls Support: Provide schedule risk analyses and EOT evaluations.
• Technical Review and Correspondence Support: Review documents and prepare planning responses.
• Interface Coordination and Stakeholder Management: Align planning across engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Planning Systems, Tools, and ERP Integration: Use Primavera P6 and SAP for data integration and reporting.
• HSE, Quality, and Performance Alignment: Align planning with HSE, quality, and cost objectives.
