Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Management Reporting & Consolidation to lead monthly and quarterly consolidation across entities, develop management packs and executive materials, and translate financial data into clear dashboards.

The role also acts as a power user for Anaplan, drives dashboard automation in Power BI, and ensures data integrity across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and reporting platforms while leading a small team of analysts.

Competenze

• 10+ years in FP&A, financial consolidation or management reporting.
• Minimum 6 years in a managerial role.
• Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancy experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.

The Senior Manager - Management Reporting & Consolidation plays a critical role within Qiddiya's FP&A function, supporting the Director in delivering high-quality management reporting, financial consolidation, and advanced analytics. This role is responsible for leading the preparation of management packs, executive reporting, and scenario models, while strengthening reporting frameworks, system integration, and data governance across the organization.

• Oversee the preparation of management packs, executive presentations, and Board-level materials.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into structured, visually compelling reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, or management reporting within complex organizations with a minimum of 6 years in a managerial role.
• Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancy experience is highly preferred.
