Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced planning and reporting professional to build a single, decision-ready view of programme delivery by integrating Primavera P6 with automated Power BI analytics and executive PowerPoint reporting.

The role requires hands-on P6 capability, a consulting mindset, and the ability to govern complex schedules, automate insights, and translate project controls data into clear leadership messages for senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Business or Data Analytics.
• Preferred PMP/ PMI-SP or equivalent.
• Experience with schedule governance and project controls.
• Strong data analytics and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated Primavera P6 master schedules across projects.
• Design Power BI dashboards from P6 exports and data sources.
• Produce concise PowerPoint packs for senior leadership.
• Establish scheduling governance, baselines and change controls.
• Coach stakeholders on planning maturity and data quality.
