Job summary

Aramco seeks a Lead Financial Reporting & Performance Analyst in its Downstream Finance, Planning & Performance Management Department. You will translate financial data into actionable insights, ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting and robust governance across a broad set of performance metrics.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, a CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/CA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years in financial reporting, accounting, and performance analysis in capital-intensive industries.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP and financial accounting systems.
• Deep understanding of IFRS and value-based performance metrics.
• Ability to anticipate business impacts, not just report historical outcomes.
• Experience driving process improvements and better ways of working.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, change-oriented team player with a passion for the energy business.
