Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Senior Strategic Performance Advisor to join the Corporate Strategy Department. The role translates long-term ambitions into measurable outcomes and provides independent, data-driven insights into strategy execution, monitoring realization and driving reviews.

You will engage with executive leadership, validate metrics, and benchmark performance while coordinating with cross-functional teams to close gaps and ensure value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of experience as Strategic Performance Advisor.
• Experience evaluating corporate-level strategy execution and performance outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) frameworks, systems and best practices.
• Strong project management and change management skills; able to lead new practices.

Responsibilities

• Advise Corporate Strategy and Executive Management on strategic performance matters with objective analysis and data-driven insights.
• Develop and enhance the strategic performance management framework aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Conduct performance analyses including historical trends and investment impact.
• Analyze investment plans to advise on business strategy options and direction.
• Collaborate with Business Lines and Corporate Functions to validate metrics and reporting standards.
• Lead enterprise-wide strategy execution reviews and diagnose performance gaps.
• Benchmark performance against leading peers and maintain external relationships.
