Job summary

Premium Medical Solutions Company (PRE-MED) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Planning Officer to drive demand and supply planning across orthopedic implants and medical devices. You will forecast demand, create production and procurement plans, and balance inventory to minimize stock-outs while coordinating with sales and warehouse teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in demand/supply planning, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and planning tools.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of forecasting methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input
• Create and manage production and procurement plans to meet customer demand
• Balance inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams for alignment

• Analyze product lifecycle and plan for new product introductions and phase-outs

Requirements:
