Job summary

GREENLAND GROUP in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler/Planner to join our project controls team. You will prepare and update schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with strong coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction, and the ability to produce accurate daily to monthly progress

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project scheduling/management.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.
• Strong coordination across engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Analyze project performance, manpower, and resource utilization.
• Support planning, budgeting, and project completion within deadlines.
