EjadTech is seeking an experienced Corporate Performance Manager to oversee corporate performance management, monitor strategy execution, and drive operational efficiency and organizational excellence across the company.

The role is responsible for developing and implementing corporate performance management frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating departmental performance, and measuring progress toward strategic and operational objectives. This includes identifying performance gaps and recommending improvement initiatives and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience in performance management and strategy execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, develop executive reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Performance Management & Governance

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate performance management framework aligned with EjadTech’s strategy and objectives.
• Establish and maintain corporate performance policies, methodologies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance targets in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure alignment between departmental KPIs, operational plans, and corporate strategic objectives.
• Coordinate periodic corporate performance reviews and ensure compliance with performance measurement and reporting requirements.

2. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor departmental performance and evaluate progress against strategic and operational targets.
• Develop and maintain corporate performance dashboards, scorecards, and periodic management reports.
• Analyze performance results, identify gaps and deviations, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with departments to develop corrective action plans and monitor their implementation.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency of performance measurement methodologies across the organization.
• Monitor the execution of corporate strategic objectives and initiatives in coordination with relevant departments.
• Evaluate the contribution of internal projects and initiatives toward achieving corporate objectives.
• Identify and monitor challenges, dependencies, and risks that may impact strategic performance.
• Prepare periodic reports on the progress and achievement of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Provide executive management with performance insights, analysis, and recommendations to improve organizational results.

4. Organizational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with business functions.
• Apply benchmarking methodologies and relevant best practices in corporate performance management.
• Support organizational excellence, business transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Measure the impact of improvement initiatives and ensure the sustainability of achieved results.

5. Executive Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Prepare and present periodic corporate performance reports, findings, and recommendations to executive management.
• Develop executive dashboards highlighting strategic progress, performance indicators, and achievement levels.
• Coordinate performance review meetings with department heads and follow up on resulting decisions and action items.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment to achieve shared corporate objectives.
• Foster a performance-driven culture emphasizing accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in corporate performance management, strategic planning, or organizational excellence, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in developing and managing corporate KPIs, performance scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies, including Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Demonstrated experience in strategy execution monitoring, performance gap analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services organizations is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications in performance management, strategic planning, or organizational excellence are an advantage.
