Job summary

VOZ Music Production is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Specialist to develop strategic relationships and drive new collaboration opportunities in Saudi Arabia. You will identify and pursue partnerships that support growth and expansion, working with both government entities and private sector partners.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in partnership management or business development, B2B experience, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in partnership management, business development, or strategic relations.
• Experience in a B2B business environment.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals.
• Building and managing relationships with current and potential partners.
• Developing long‑term collaboration initiatives and commercial partnerships.
• Negotiating partnership terms and agreements, and managing the contracting phases.
• Preparing and presenting partnership proposals and joint initiatives.
• Monitoring the execution of agreements and ensuring target results are achieved.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the success of partnerships and joint projects.
• Preparing periodic reports regarding partnership performance and development opportunities.
