Job summary

KAUST NTI Operations seeks a Business Services Manager to lead procurement, financial operations and revenue-related processes with strong governance and SAP expertise. You will enable structured support across NTI units to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery aligned with KAUST policies.

The role demands oversight of P2P, finance, contract coordination, and performance dashboards, with a focus on internal controls and risk management to sustain strategic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification CMA, CPA, PMP or equivalent preferred.
• MBA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle across NTI in line with KAUST policies.
• Coordinate with central Procurement, Finance, and Legal for high-value procurements.
• Manage procurement documentation, approvals, and delegation of authority.
• Oversee revenue management processes and SAP coding alignment.
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics for operations.
