Job summary

KAUST seeks a Business Services Manager (Financial Operations) for NTI Operations to lead procurement, revenue management and financial operations across NTI. The role emphasizes governance, strong controls, and adherence to KAUST policies while enabling strategic programs.

You will manage P2P, contract & vendor activities, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement and Finance to optimize SAP usage, dashboards, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial operations.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay across NTI.
• Oversee NTI revenue management processes and SAP coding.
• Manage NTI operational financial processes, expense coordination and cost allocation.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, due diligence, and contract risk management.
• Ensure KAUST governance frameworks are followed and audits supported.
• Identify and implement process improvements and SAP reporting enhancements.
