Job summary

UNIMAC - United Maintenance and Contracting Company is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead logistics, warehouse, inventory, hub operations, and regulatory compliance across multiple projects in Qatar. The role owns end-to-end logistics control from receipt to inventory reconciliation and distribution, with strong SAP knowledge and a focus on security and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse, materials management, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing a central logistics hub or large facility supporting multiple projects.
• Experience with Saudi authority permits, licenses, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating logistics with major clients and project organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day hub operations, warehouses, laydown areas, PMV parking, batching plants, precast yards, and third-party areas.
• Control all hub entry/exit activities, passes, vehicle movements, and visitor access.
• Oversee weighbridge operations, ticketing, reconciliation,Calibration and certification.
• Ensure material receipt, storage, SAP closure, and project distribution closures.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock transfers, and QA/QC certificates.
• Plan material distribution from the hub to Qiddiya project sites and coordinate transport capacity.
• Maintain permits, licensing, and regulatory compliance for logistics operations.
• Coordinate with authorities and project organizations to resolve logistics conflicts and schedule deliveries.
