Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as Excel and CostX.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cost engineers.
• Develop and implement cost engineering strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Conduct comprehensive cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review designs and contracts to identify cost implications and savings.
• Monitor and control project costs and variances.
