Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Cost Control Engineer to lead cost planning, monitoring, and reporting across large-scale landscape and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure financial efficiency, budget compliance, and proactive cost management throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cash flow forecasting, EVA reporting, contract support, and cost optimization with PMs, planning, and procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in cost control within construction projects.
• Experience in landscape, infrastructure, or large-scale Saudi projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost control systems, budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with contracts (FIDIC preferred) and commercial practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and cost control/reporting tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP).
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flows.
• Track costs against budget and identify variances.
• Prepare periodic cost reports and EVA analysis.
• Support contract administration, including variations and change orders.
• Coordinate with PMs, planning and procurement to optimize costs.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in value engineering to improve cost efficiency.
