Job summary

United Motors Company seeks a Lead Learning & Development professional to drive group-wide learning strategy and align programs with business needs. You will oversee the LMS, external providers, and the annual training plan across the holding company and subsidiaries.

You will shape succession plans, develop high-potential talent, and manage budgets while delivering regular reports on learning outcomes. Strong Arabic/English communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
• CIPD or CPTD certification is advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide L&D strategy and annual training plan.
• Conduct TNA with HR and leaders to identify gaps and priorities.
• Design and coordinate learning solutions for corporate, sales, service, and technical teams.
• Support succession planning and IDPs for high-potential employees.
• Manage external training providers and negotiate services and costs.
• Oversee LMS, maintain content, records, and completion tracking.
• Coordinate mandatory training (HSE, Code of Conduct) and monitor compliance.
• Manage training budget and evaluate effectiveness via assessments and KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on learning delivery and outcomes.
• Promote continuous learning through coaching, mentoring, and blended initiatives.
