Galderma Arabia Limited is seeking a high‑performing Senior Key Account Manager to drive growth across the Central & Eastern regions for Injectable Aesthetics. You will build strong relationships with accounts, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to execute initiatives that expand market share.

The role demands excellent English and Arabic, national eligibility for Saudi Arabia, and a track record in healthcare or aesthetics sales.

Formación

• Excellent English and Arabic proficiency.
• KSA nationality is mandatory for this role.
• Experience in aesthetics/healthcare sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen strategic business relationships with Accounts/Key Accounts to support growth of Injectable Aesthetics portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, market share goals, and KPIs across the portfolio.
• Build and drive joint business plans with Key accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with training, marketing, finance, and supply chain to implement plans.
• Maintain engagement with accounts to execute strategies and gather insights for growth.
• Analyze performance, monitor trends, and adjust plans for improved results.
