Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications in management frameworks (ITIL/COBIT/TOGAF) preferred.
• Experience leading and/or advising on process improvement projects.
• 5+ years of experience with management frameworks and consulting.
• 3+ years of technical IT domain experience (Infra, apps, security, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement processes, procedures, policies, and controls with client meetings.
• Analyze and propose improvements based on industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct gap analyses and maturity assessments for client needs and benchmarks.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver trainings on frameworks and management practices.
• Prepare proposals, RFPs, and internal tools to support project deliverables.
