Job summary

AL-AN Alkhaligia for Consumer Microfinance Company (Flooss) in Saudi Arabia is seeking an IT Manager to lead the technology function and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for lending operations, digital journeys, and regulatory reporting.

The role owns IT strategy, budget, vendor ecosystem, and IT governance, partnering with risk, compliance, and the CISO, while driving agile delivery and robust data quality across core systems and channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years in an IT management role.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer finance.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap.
• Prepare and manage IT budget, business cases, and technology investment priorities.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and standards.
• Implement ITIL-aligned change, release, incident, and problem management.
• Report IT performance, risks, and project status to executives.
