Job summary

Flooss in Saudi Arabia seeks an IT Specialist to maintain reliable infrastructure, systems, and end-user services across lending operations and digital customer journeys. You will report to the IT Manager and work with Cybersecurity and vendors in a regulated financial environment.

The role covers operations support, server and network administration, business applications, security controls, audits, and documentation while delivering strong customer service and clear communication under SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs using ITSM tool.
Escalate complex issues to IT Manager or vendors and follow up until resolution.
Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures.
Administer servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices.
Manage user accounts and access rights, email and collaboration platforms.
Perform routine monitoring, backups, patching, and DR testing.
Support core business applications and data extracts for reports.
