Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, information systems, telecommunications, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the city IT operations strategy for smart infrastructure readiness.
• Lead service operations across a complex smart city or large-scale infrastructure environment.
• Oversee incident and problem management while strengthening service governance.
• Shape and apply operating models that support effective smart city operations.
• Work closely with city leadership, developers, contractors, utility providers, and ICT and operations teams to align delivery and execution.
