Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of director-level experience in infrastructure asset management or related sectors.
• Experience translating operational needs into stage gate requirements.
• Experience with joint ventures, service charges, cost recovery, and value optimization.

Responsibilities

• Input operational requirements for infrastructure assets into stage gates to ensure readiness and handover.
• Oversee portfolio-level service quality across infrastructure assets for reliable operations.
• Support asset lifecycle planning, including maintenance priorities, renewal, handover planning, and insights.
• Lead commercial activation of assets, including leasing, partnerships, and invoicing inputs with Finance & Controls.
• Develop portfolio performance insights and optimization recommendations for long-term value realization.
• Coordinate with operators, FM providers, and city operations to align priorities and service requirements.
