Job summary

catrion is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee daily HR operations, employee services, and government relations activities in Saudi Arabia. The role includes managing Iqama, visa, and license processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating Taskforce manpower with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
• 6–7 years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR management theories, principles and law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee services.
• Manage government transactions including Iqamas, visas, work permits, licenses and employee documents.
• Coordinate Taskforce manpower requirements and supplier relationships to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement HR operations policies, procedures, and service levels.
