Job summary

Proger is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead the people strategy and drive core HR initiatives across our Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will align business objectives with employee and management solutions, acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership while overseeing daily HR operations, talent management, performance frameworks and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with more than 5 years in a managerial role.
Excellent level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi HR laws, best practices and regulations, including employment contracts, work permits, visas and Saudization requirements.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong business acumen, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead people strategy and core HR initiatives for the Regional HQ in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, renewals, training and performance management.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, immigration rules and Saudization.
Manage HRIS, payroll and HR reporting platforms; ensure data protection compliance.
Coordinate HR initiatives with the Italian HQ and cross-functional teams across Proger Group.
Provide guidance to Line Managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
