Reporting to the Board and committees, you will drive investment decisions, manage the portfolio, and ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across subsidiaries. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in finance; 18–20 years preferred.
• At least 7 years as CFO or Group CFO in a diversified holding/investment group.
• CFA preferred; professional accounting certifications accepted with proven investment track record.
• Experience in investment management, M&A, corporate finance, and fundraising.
• Experience working with boards, investment committees, and banks.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Set and lead the group's financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Oversee investment decisions and portfolio management including M&A.
• Structure and secure corporate financing and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with the Board, Investment Committee, and Audit Committee.
• Establish governance, internal controls, and risk management across subsidiaries.
• Oversee audit, Zakat, VAT, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the group finance team.
