Job summary

Client of Domo Ventures W.L.L. seeks a senior executive to oversee daily operations, drive strategy, and ensure budgets and business plans support revenue and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills, with a preference for MBA/DBA and PMP certification. The incumbent will guide growth plans and ensure performance reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• MBA/DBA is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior executive management civil construction/ contracting role.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership, Analytical, and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and operate tactically and strategically.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the strategy to achieve Board goals and profitability.
• Assign targets to project teams and oversee daily operations.
• Monitor internal operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Report progress to CEO and address critical issues.
• Ensure project management systems meet milestones, budget, and quality.
