Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience in commercial leadership within construction or infrastructure.
• Proven track record in business development, tendering, and securing high-value projects.
• Deep understanding of pricing, estimation, contracts, and market dynamics.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Strategic mindset capable of leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract standards.
• Professional certifications (MRICS, RICS, MBA) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead business growth by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and government entities.
• Oversee tender strategy, pricing, and risk assessments.
