Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis to shape financial strategy and drive performance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in FP&A, finance in large-scale projects or entertainment, with strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in large-scale projects or entertainment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning targets with strategic goals.
• Perform detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly performance vs forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Collaborate with department managers to develop robust financial plans.
• Assist in developing financial models to evaluate investments and long-term strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance financial strategies.
