Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Sr Director FP&A – Development to lead financial oversight of capital projects, manage budgeting and reporting, and drive data-driven decision support for senior leadership.

You will own management packs, BoD decks, and executive dashboards while ensuring data integrity across project and accounting systems and guiding the team toward automation and improved controls.

Qualifications

• 15 years of overall experience in finance with notable progression
• 5+ years in FP&A
• 5+ years in senior leadership with C-level/Board interaction
• Experience in master development/construction/real estate or large multinationals (>USD 2B capex/opex)
• Regional or Big 4/Tier 1 consultancy exposure preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight of capital projects ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope
• Prepare management packs, BoD decks, and executive presentations
• Translate complex financial data into clear, structured materials for senior leadership
• Track contingency utilization, provisional sum utilization, and contractor claims
• Ensure seamless integration between project and accounting systems and reconcile issues monthly
• Identify project risks & opportunities and integrate into forecasts
• Build data structures and scenario models for planning and forecasting
• Standardize reporting frameworks including KPIs and executive logs
• Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, treasury for data integrity
• Mentor the team and drive automation of reporting and consolidation processes
