Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking an FP&A Manager for Operating Assets to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for parks, hotels, golf courses, and venues. You will partner with FBPs and Asset Management to deliver decision-support and strategic insights.

You will develop dashboards with Power BI and Anaplan, analyze performance vs budgets, and guide senior leadership with actionable recommendations across asset categories. A CPA/CA/ACCA is valued and a strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA highly recognized.
• 7+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in asset-intensive sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven insights.
• Solid business acumen with asset dynamics across operating environments.
• Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets.
• Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases.
• Track variances and provide actionable insights to FBPs and asset managers.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Anaplan.
• Partner with FBPs and asset management on pricing, operating models, and investments.
• Evaluate new asset initiatives and capital proposals from a financial view.
• Benchmark asset performance against industry standards and drivers.
