Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Director FP&A to support budgeting, planning, project accounting, and performance reporting across the sports asset portfolio, with a strong grounding in construction and development-stage financial management.

The role drives system-led automation, emphasizes SAP and PRISM, and serves as the financial integrator between Development, PMO, Commercial, Risk, Treasury, and IT to ensure a single version of truth for cash flow, funding, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years' experience in budgeting, FP&A within construction, real estate development, infrastructure or large capital projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in construction project accounting, cost control and TDC management.
• Proven experience collaborating with Development, PMO, Commercial, Risk, Treasury and IT teams.
• Finance systems automation expertise, especially SAP and PRISM in project environments.
• Experience operating in matrixed, multi-stakeholder delivery organisations.
• Professional qualifications preferred (CA / CPA / ACCA / CFA).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & forecasting across assets and business units, including pre-development, construction and delivery phases.
• Project accounting and financial control, including budget uploads, transfers, commitments, accruals, and cost allocations in SAP/PRISM.
• Maintain tracking of commitments and actuals at multiple levels; monitor FTC and variance analysis.
• Lead reporting and insights, including dashboards for ExCo and Board with clear construction narratives.
• Risk & governance coordination, embedding risk impacts into budgets, forecasts, and dashboards.
• Systems, data & transformation: drive automation of budget vs forecast vs actual reporting and ensure data integrity.
