Qualifications

• 10-15+ years' experience in budgeting, FP&A, or development finance within construction, real estate development, infrastructure or large capital projects
• Strong hands-on experience in construction project accounting, cost control and TDC management
• Demonstrated experience working closely with Development, Construction, PMO and Commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across assets and BUs, including pre-development, construction and delivery phases
• Manage project accounting, commitments, accruals, cost allocations, and reconciliations in SAP and PRISM
• Monitor FTC, variances, and cash flow; maintain audit trails and governance-compliant records
• Deliver consolidated BU-level reporting, dashboards, and insights for ExCo and Board
• Coordinate with Risk, Treasury, IT, and Construction to embed financial risk and controls
