Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking an FP&A professional to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects in Riyadh. You will provide financial analysis, reporting, and business insights to drive strategic decisions aligned with objectives.

The role involves developing models, dashboards, and management reports, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with project teams to gather data and assumptions for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• Experience in real estate development, infrastructure, or large-scale projects preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for Supporting Assets & Infrastructure projects.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial models and business cases to evaluate project performance and investments.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and variances.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Monitor project expenditures and commitments and provide cost analysis reports.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to gather financial data and assumptions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement FP&A processes and reporting.
