Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking an FP&A Manager for Operating Assets to drive budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for parks, hotels, golf courses and venues. You’ll partner with FBPs and Asset Management to deliver performance insights and strategic finance recommendations.

You will lead scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases while tracking actuals and providing actionable variance analysis to senior leadership. Proficiency with Power BI and Anaplan is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management required.
• CPA/CA/ACCA certifications highly recognized.
• 6+ years in FP&A, preferably in asset-intensive sectors such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment.

Job description

The FP&A Manager for Operating Assets will be responsible for management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring of some of Qiddiya's operating assets, including theme parks, hotels, golf courses, and sports venues. This role serves as a bridge between the FP&A department, the Finance Business Partner function, and the Asset Management/Operating Assets teams, working closely with FBPs to provide decision support, performance insights, and strategic financial recommendations.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operating assets in collaboration with FBPs and Asset Management
• Support scenario planning for pre-opening, ramp-up, and stabilization phases of assets
• Track and analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable insights to FBPs, asset managers, and leadership
• Develop dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with the FP&A reporting team using tools like Power BI and Anaplan

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business management.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or ACCA are highly recognized.
• 6+ experience in finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) is required, preferably within asset-intensive sectors (such as hospitality, theme parks, sports, or entertainment).
