Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of B2B telecom and ICT clients in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong relationships, maximizing revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise customers.

You will coordinate with internal teams to design tailored solutions, prepare proposals and respond to RFPs, while ensuring SLA performance and timely contract renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, IT, CS, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Sales in Telecom/ICT/Technology.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with enterprise accounts.
• Serve as primary contact, ensuring timely support and communication.
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand needs and plan for growth.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Telecom & ICT offerings.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead gen to contract signature.
